The Gualeguay is one of the major rivers in the Argentine Mesopotamia, and it is a tributary to the Paraná River as it runs through the Province of Entre Ríos. It is 857 kms long.
One of this river’s main characteristics is its huge, white sandbanks and its numerous species of plants and wild animals.
Our journey consists of going downstream for two days, a distance of 90 kms, camping at night on one of its many sandbanks.
Our boat is a shallow draught one, with an outboard motor, ideal for navigating through the many shallows.
Out proposal is, bird and fauna watching, bathing in the river and fishing. At night there will be a bonfire and a barbecue.
